Unfortunately we don’t offer returns on personalised products but we will send you a mockup so you can see exactly what they will look like before we print them. We will also require the mockup to be signed off before print.
Yes you will get a mockup that will need to be approved before your order is added to our print run.
Once we have accepted your order, we will send you a mockup of the mug for approval. Once this is okayed your order will be with you within 5-10 working days but we will keep you updated.
